中风急性期患者实施中医综合护理的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Comprehensive Chinese Medicine Nursing in Patients With Acute Stroke

目的分析和探讨中医综合护理在中风急性期中患者中的实施效果。方法随机选取我院2017年5月-2019年2月90例中风急性期患者,分为观察组和对照组,各45例,观察组患者接受中医综合护理;对照组患者接受常规护理。治疗后,比较两组的Fugl-Meyer评分,BI评分和护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组Fugl-Meyer评分,BI评分均较高(P <0.01);观察组的护理满意度为95.56%,对照组为82.22%。观察组的护理满意度也显著高于对照组(P <0.01)。结论中医综合护理对中风急性期患者有显著的应用效果,能使患者的运动功能明显改善,提升日常活动能力,提高患者的护理满意度,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of comprehensive Chinese medicine nursing in patients with acute stroke. Methods 90 patients with acute stroke from May 2017 to February 2019 in our hospital which selected randomly were divided into observation group and control group, each with 45 cases. The patients in the observation group received comprehensive Chinese medicine nursing care. The control group received routine care. After treatment, Fugl-Meyer scores, BI scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, Fugl-Meyer score and BI score in the observation groupwere higher(P < 0.01);Nursing satisfaction was 95.56% in the observation group and 82.22% in the control group. Nursing satisfaction was also significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P < 0.01). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine has significant effect on the patients with acute stroke, which can improve their motor function, improve their daily activity ability and improve their nursing satisfaction, and has high clinical application value.
