高校思想政治工作的成效与学生在思想政治理论课的获得感密切相关,思想政治理论课教学改革的主要目标是增强学生的获得感,也是提升和检验课程改革质量与水平的一把尺子。在教学过程中要通过突出创新性,不断更新教学理念;突出理论性,深入挖掘教材内容;突出主导性,完善教师队伍建设,更好的把握学生需求和创新教学方法,切实提升思想政治理论课学生的获得感。

The effectiveness of ideological and political work in colleges and universities is closely related to students’sense of achievement in ideological and political theoretical courses.The major goal of the reform of ideological and political theoretical courses is to enhance the students’sense of achievement,which is also a criterion for improving and testing the quality and level of curriculum reform.In the process of teaching,we should constantly renew the teaching concept by highlighting innovation,explore the teaching content by highlighting the theoretical nature of the course,improve the construction of faculty by enhancing the role of teachers’dominance so as to grasp the students’needs and innovate the teaching methods,and enhance the students’sense of achievement effectively in ideological and political theoretical courses.
