循环流化床锅炉物料平衡状态的优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 设计循环流化床锅炉时,针对锅炉参数、设计煤种存在一个最佳物料平衡状态点。在该状态点下,锅炉能够高效、经济地运行。用最小有效床存量、最小无效床存量、最优床压降等概念,阐述了最佳物料平衡状态点的定义,并分析了影响物料平衡状态的一些因素,从工程角度给出了物料平衡状态优化的方法。 In the design of CFB boiler,there is an optimal material balance point for boiler parameters and design coal. At that point,the boiler can operate efficiently and economically. The definition of the best material balance state point is expounded by using the concepts of minimum effective bed stock,minimum invalid bed stock and optimal bed pressure drop,some factors influencing the material balance state are analyzed,and the optimization method of material balance state is given from the engineering point of view.
