摘要
锅炉焚烧是市政及工业垃圾最为环保的处理方式之一。垃圾焚烧时产生严重的腐蚀环境,这对锅炉钢管抗蚀性能提出了严苛的需求。针对垃圾焚烧锅炉管两种典型用钢SA192和TP310S,通过金相组织分析,以及维氏硬度、电化学动极化曲线等基本性能测试手段,并采用高温熔盐腐蚀试验模拟垃圾焚烧环境评估其抗蚀性能。通过对两种锅炉钢管对比测试及分析,可为电厂针对锅炉不同受热面用钢进行选材提供参考。
Incineration is one of the most friendly environmenal treatment for civil and industrial solid wastes. However,the corrosive atmosphere induced in the incineration processing requires high demand of anti-corrosion for the boiler tubes. The corrosion behaviors of two typical boiler tube steels,ie. SA192 and TP310 S were systematically studied. The metallographic structure was studied by optical microscopy,the microhardness was performed by Vickers testing. Furthermore,the corrosion behaviors were studied by potentiodynamic scanning and tested in a molten salt simulated of the incineration environment. The results propose basic guidelines in selection of tube steels in different boiler areas.
