户外领导力的认识误区及其突破

Misunderstanding and Breakthrough of Outdoor Leadership

户外领导力是一种体现了户外领队硬能力与软能力的综合能力,是户外领队带领团队成员安全、顺利完成户外活动的重要保证。研究认为,在目前对户外领导力的研究中,一些学者、行政管理人员或户外领队对它的认识存在着一些误区,局限地认为户外领导力是一种技术、一种权利、仅限于领队个人范畴的能力和一种竞技能力。通过界定户外领导力概念和确定内涵,总结、分析对户外领导力认识上存在的误区,提出认识突破路径,为拓展我国户外领导力的研究范围,拓宽研究视角,提供参考。

Outdoor leadership is a comprehensive ability that embodies the hard ability and soft ability of the outdoor leader, and it is an important guarantee for the outdoor leader to lead the team members safely and successfully to complete the outdoor activities. The research holds that in the current research on outdoor leadership, there are some misunderstandings of outdoor leadership by some scholars, administrative personnel and outdoor leaders, which limits the leadership to the ability of individual category and competitive ability of the leader and to a kind of technology, a right and only the ability of the individual category of the leader. By defining the concept and connotation of outdoor leadership, this paper summarizes and analyzes the misunderstandings of outdoor leadership, and puts forward the path of understanding breakthrough in order to provide reference for expand the research scope of outdoor leadership researches.
