摘要
对澳大利亚《18〜64岁成年人身体活动指南》的相关内容进行了分析。研究发现,指南的建议涉及旅行、工作、生活及安全四个方面,有助于成年人养成身体活动的习惯。要制定出科学的成年人身体活动指南,必须充分考虑到不同身体状况及身体功能水平的差异。建议:对成年人身体活动进行深入试验和探究;建立不同人群的体质健康评价系统;推动体质健康相关部门共同合作;将身体活动指南纳入提升国民体质健康的系统工程。
The paper analyses the suggestions of physical activities of Australian adults and find oust that the guide covers travel,work,life and safety,which can help adults develop habits of physical activity.In order to formulate scientific physical activity guidelines for adults,the differences o£physical conditions and physical function levels must be fully taken into account.It is suggested that the physical activity of adults should be tested and explored deeply,the evaluation system of physical health of different people should be established,the related departments of physical health should cooperate together,and the guide of physical activity should be included in the system of improving the national physical health.
