黄葵胶囊联合前列地尔注射液对造影剂肾病的预防作用

Preventive effect of huangkui capsule combined with alprostadil injection on contrast nephropathy

〔目的〕研究黄葵胶囊联合前列地尔注射液在预防合并有糖尿病的冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入成型术(PCI)后造影剂肾病的临床效果。〔方法〕选取2017年1月至2018年6月在河南大学第一附属医院择期行PCI治疗的合并有2型糖尿病的冠心病患者110例,随机分为对照组55例,实验组55例。对照组给予常规水化治疗预防,实验组在常规水化治疗的基础上给予黄葵胶囊与前列地尔注射液联合应用,观察对比两组患者治疗后造影剂肾病的发生情况及治疗前后肾功能的变化情况是否存在差异。〔结果〕两组患者术前肾功能指标无统计学差异(P>0.05);对照组的术前血肌肝、血尿素氮水平与术后对比有统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组患者术前的血肌肝、血尿素氮水平与术后对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);对照组术后与实验组术后的肾功能指标(血肌酹、尿素氮)相比差异较大,有明显统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的造影剂肾病的发生率明显高于实验组,两组患者均未发生严重的不良药物反应。〔结论〕对于合并有2型糖尿病的冠心病患者PCI术前及术后在常规水化治疗的基础上,给予黄葵胶囊与前列地尔注射液联合应用有助于保护患者的肾功能,并能预防造影剂肾病的发生。

[Objective]To study the clinical effect of Huangkui capsule combined with alprostadil in the prevention of contrast agent nephropathy after(PCI)in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus.[Methods]From January 2017 to January 2019,110 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into experimental group(n=55)and control group(n=55).The control group was given routine hydration therapy prevention,and the experimental group was given Huang Kui capsule combined with alprostadil on the basis of routine hydration treatment.To observe and compare the occurrence of contrast medium nephropathy and the changes of renal function between the two groups before and after treatment.[Results]The incidence of contrast medium nephropathy in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group.There was no significant difference in the levels of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen between the experimental group and the postoperative group(P>0.05).The levels of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen in the control group were significantly different from those after operation(P<0.05).No serious adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups.[Conclusion] For patients with coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus before PCI and On the basis of routine hydration treatment,Huangkui capsule combined with alprostadil can protect the renal function of patients and prevent the occurrence of contrast agent nephropathy.
