探讨行无痛消化内镜检查患者依从性与心理状态的影响

Explore the effect of oncompliance and psychological status of patients undergoing painless digestive endoscopy

〔目的〕探讨舒适护理服务对行无痛消化内镜检查患者治疗依从性与心理状态的影响。〔方法〕选取2018年1月至2019年1月于我院接受无痛消化内镜检查的80例患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为护理组与对照组,对照组40例检查期间接受常规护理服务,护理组40例则接受舒适护理服务,比较2组患者检查依从性、心理状态及疼痛情况。〔结果〕护理组检査依从性、护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组,并且护理组护理后SAS.SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);护理组检查时疼痛程度明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。〔结论〕在行无痛消化内镜检查前及检查过程中实施舒适护理服务可显著提升患者检查依从性与护理满意度,降低内镜检查不适感,并改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,具有临床应用及推广价值。

[Objective]Explore the effect of comfort nursing service on treatment compliance and psychological status of patients undergoing painless digestive endoscopy.[Methods]80 patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects.Random number table method was used to divide them into nursing group and control group.40 patients in control group received routine nursing service during examination,and 40 patients in nursing group received comfortable nursing service.Comparisons were made between the two groups in terms of compliance.[Results]The scores of compliance and satisfaction of nursing in nursing group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the scores of SAS and SDS in nursing group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the degree of pain in nursing group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The implementation of comfortable nursing service before and during painless digestive endoscopy examination can significantly improve patients'compliance and nursing satisfaction.
