摘要
为了解提升医学生证据评价能力的途径,随机抽取临床医学专业2个班的学生为研究对象,实验班采取强化证据评价的教学方法,对照班按照一般传统教学法进行讲授,课程结束后进行问卷调查。结果显示实验班和对照班对证据的认知程度之间没有统计学差异,对评价工具的了解程度的比较显示实验班学生处于知道等级的学生多于对照班学生,结果有统计学差异。实验班学生正确使用评价工具的能力与对照班之间有统计学差异,实验班学生的能力高于对照班。
To explore the ways of improving the evidence evaluation ability of medical students,2 classes were chosen randomly in the Clinical Medicine Department in Changzhi Medical College.Evidence intensive evaluation method was applied to the experimental class,while traditional teathing was applied to the control class. There was no statistically significant difference between the experimantal class and the control class on evidence cognition.There were statistically significant differences between the experimantal class and the control class on degree of familiarity and competence of evidence.Evidence intensive evaluation method can promote the ability of evidence evaluation of medical students.
