摘要
本研究利用二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯(EtOAc)和正丁醇连续分离花生红衣中甲醇提取物,并且用硅胶柱层析法从EtOAc可溶性部分中分离出白藜芦醇(resveratrol,Res)。基于1H-和13C-NMR数据分析结果,提取的该化合物被鉴定为白藜芦醇。通过将从花生红衣中提取的白藜芦醇饲喂运动白鼠,并观察对其肾脏抗氧化能力、红细胞膜抗氧化水平以及心肌抗氧化能力的影响,本研究发现,Res对运动白鼠的肾脏抗氧化能力、红细胞膜抗氧化水平以及心肌抗氧化能力起到积极的作用。本研究为Res在运动医学领域应用和运动保健食品的开发提供理论支持。
Methanol extracts from peanut red coats were continuously separated by dichloromethane,ethyl acetate(EtOAc)and n-butanol,and resveratrol(Res)was separated from the soluble part of EtOAc by silica gel column chromatography.The compound was identified as resveratrol based on 1H-and 13C-NMR data analysis.Res was found to play a positive role in the renal antioxidant ability,red cell membrane and myocardial antioxidant ability in exercise white rats by feeding resveratrol from the peanut red coat and observing the effects of its kidney antioxidant ability,red cell membrane and myocardial antioxidant ability.This research provides some theoretical support for the application of Res in sports medicine and the development of sports health food.
