The Chemical Properties of Lycium barbarum Polysaccharide Extracted by Different Methods and Its Effect on Exercise Fatigue

摘要 本研究以枸杞为研究原料探究多糖提取工艺,对比了4种提取工艺方式对提取枸杞多糖的化学性质及其对运动疲劳的影响。研究结果表明LBP-US提取的多糖粗产量最高,为(14.25±0.24)%,归结于USWE增强天然产物中蛋白质的提取。其抗氧化活性、血浆MDA变化率、血乳酸变化率均受提取方法的影响,其影响水平均按LBP-US>LBP-S>LBP-H>LBP-U的顺序排列。USWE提取的LBP-US对氧化活性的影响为:FRAP降低功率(1.12±0.01)mmol/g,ABTS自由基清除活性的TEAC值(127.18±1.88)mmol/g,在DPPH自由基清除活性的浓度为5.0 mg/mL时,LBP产生超过83.39%的DPPH抑制。USWE提取的LBP-US对小老鼠血浆MDA的抑制作用最好,变化率仅1.6%。LBP-US的血乳酸浓度最低,且变化率也最低,仅1.2%。实验后枸杞多糖减少了血乳酸的生成,加快了代谢产物的清除,减轻运动性疲劳及运动性损伤。说明枸杞多糖具有抗运动疲劳的功效。 In this paper,the extraction process of polysaccharide from Lycium barb arum was studied,and the chemical properties and effects of US WE,HWJ,SWE and UWE on the extraction of polysaccharide from Lycium barbarum were compared.The results showed that the crude yield of polysaccharide extracted by LBP-US was(14.25±0.24)%,which was attributed to the extraction of protein from USWE enhanced natural products.Its antioxidant activity,MDA change rate in plasma and lactate change rate in blood are all affected by the extraction method,and its influence level is all arranged in the order of LBP-US>LBP-S>LBP-H>LBP-U.The effect of lbp-us extracted by USWE on the oxidative activity was:FRAP decreased power(1.12±0.01)mmol/g,TEAC value of ABTS free radical scavenging activity was(127.18±1.88)mmol/g,and LBP produced more than 83.39%DPPH inhibition when DPPH free radical scavenging activity concentration was 5.0 mg/mL.LBP-US extracted by USWE had the best inhibitory effect on MDA in plasma of mice,with the rate of change of only 1.6%.LBP-US had the lowest lactate concentration and the lowest rate of change,only 1.2%.By the experiment,Lycium barbarum polysaccharide reduced the production of blood lactic acid,accelerated the removal of metabolites,reduced exercise fatigue and sports damage.The results show that polysaccharide has the effect of anti-exercise fatigue.
