宁夏高校辅导员心理健康现状及影响因素研究

Study on the Mental Health Status and Influencing Factors of College Counselors in Ningxia

目的:调查研究宁夏高校辅导员心理健康现状及影响因素,为开展相关教育培训提供参考。方法:采用分层整群抽样法抽取宁夏18所高校中9所高校的辅导员268名,进行问卷调查和深度访谈,采用社会人口学基本信息资料表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行测试。结果:高校辅导员症状量表SCL-90总检出率为27.24%,与女性辅导员比较,男性辅导员的敌对、恐怖因子分[(1.77±0.82)分vs(1.57±0.60)分、(1.54±0.81)分vs(1.34±0.54)分]高于女性(P<0.05);身体健康状况差的辅导员各因子分均高于身体健康状况良好的辅导员(P<0.05),不同年龄段比较中,≤30岁组恐怖、偏执因子分[(1.53±0.78)分vs(1.28±0.46)分、(1.76±0.79)分vs(1.51±0.55)分]高于>30岁组(P<0.05);不愿长期从事此项工作的辅导员的躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑、偏执、抑郁、敌对因子得分高于愿长期从事此项工作的辅导员(P<0.05)。结论:高校辅导员的心理健康现状不佳,受性别、身体因素影响,高校应针对性对辅导员心理健康进行指导和培训。

Objective:To investigate the current situation and the influencing factors of the psychological health of the counsellors in Ningxia,and to provide reference for the training of related education.Methods:The counsellors from nine of eighteen colleges and universities in Ningxia were selected by stratified cluster sampling.Questionnaire survey and in-depth interview were carried out.The basic information table of social demography and symptom Checklist(SCL-90)were used for testing.Results:The total detection rate of SCL-90 was 27.24%(73/268).The scores of hostility and terror factors of male counsellors[(1.77±0.82)vs(1.57±0.60),(1.54±0.81)vs(1.34±0.54)]were higher than that of female counsellors(P<0.05).The scores of each factor of counsellors with poor health were higher than those of counsellors with good health(P<0.05).The subjects from over 30 years old group got a higher score[(1.53±0.78)vs(1.28±0.46),(1.76±0.79)vs(1.51±0.55)]of terror and paranoia factors than those from under 30 years old group.The scores of somatization,compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,paranoia,depression and hostility of counsellors who did not want to work were higher than those of counsellors who wanted to work for a long time(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mental health of the college counsellor is not in good condition,it is affected by the factors of gender,body,age and long-term working will,and the university should guide and train the mental health of the counsellor.
