神阙隔盐灸法联合康复治疗对痉挛型脑瘫患儿肌张力的影响

The Effects of Shenque Salt Partitioned Moxibustion Combined with Rehabilitation Therapy on Muscular Tension of Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy

目的:探讨神阙隔盐灸法联合康复治疗对痉挛型脑瘫患儿上下肢肌张力的影响。方法:将60例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组采用康复治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加以神阙隔盐灸法治疗。分别在治疗前、治疗2个月后采用改良Ashworth量表(MAS)评价患儿的上肢痉挛程度;采用临床痉挛量表(CSS)评价患儿的下肢痉挛程度,并评价治疗2个月后2组的总有效率。结果:治疗2个月后,2组患儿上下肢肌张力均降低,观察组患儿上肢MAS评分(1.57±0.43)分低于对照组(1.90±0.32)分,治疗后观察组下肢CSS评分(7.24±1.33)分低于对照组(8.25±1.01)分,差异有统计学意义,观察组总有效率96.67%,对照组总有效率80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神阙隔盐灸法联合康复治疗可有效降低痉挛型脑瘫患儿的肌张力。

Objective:To explore the effects of Shenque salt partitioned Moxibustion combined with rehabilitation therapy on muscular tension of limbs for children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:Sixty children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rehabilitation,and the observation group was treated with Shenque salt partitioned moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Both groups investigated the muscular tension of the upper limbs and lower limbs by using Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS)and Clinical Spasm Scale(CSS)respectively before and after 2 months treatment.Meanwhile,the total effective rate of both groups were evaluated after2 months treatment.Results:The muscular tension of limbs decreased for subjects in two groups after 2 months treatment.The MAS result of patients in observation group(1.57±0.43)was lower than that of control group(1.90±0.32);The CSS result of patients in observation group(7.24±1.33)was lower than that of control group(8.25±1.01).The difference was statistically significant.In addition,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%while the control group was 86.67%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Shenque salt partitioned Moxibustion combined with rehabilitation has good effect on decreasing the muscular tension of limbs for children with spastic cerebral palsy and it is worth of clinical promotion.
