铁碳微电解耦合人工湿地系统处理硫丹废水研究 被引量:4

Study on the treatment of endosulfan wastewater by iron-carbon micro-electrolysis coupled constructed wetland system

摘要 研究构建了2个人工湿地系统,系统A为传统人工湿地系统,系统B中添加有铁碳填料,即为铁碳微电解耦合人工湿地系统,对比了2个系统对不同浓度硫丹废水的处理效果。结果显示,系统B对废水中硫丹的总去除率可达86.9%~98.0%,对COD、磷酸盐和氨氮的去除率分别为78.7%~84.3%、86.7%~94.2%和75.9%~83.3%,处理效果优于系统A。硫丹对湿地系统中的基质酶活性有抑制作用,但系统B中的脲酶、脱氢酶以及3种磷酸酶的活性均高于系统A,表明铁碳微电解耦合人工湿地系统能够有效适应高浓度硫丹的冲击。 Two constructed wetlands systems were established.System A was a traditional constructed wetland system.System B contained iron-carbon filler,which was an iron-carbon micro-electrolysis coupled constructed wetland system.The treatment effects of two systems on different concentrations of endosulfan wastewater were compared.The results showed that the total removal rate of endosulfan in wastewater from system B was 86.9%-98.0%,and the removal rates of COD,phosphate and ammonia nitrogen were 78.7%-84.3%,86.7%-94.2%and 75.9%-83.3%,respectively,the processing effect was better than system A.Endosulfan inhibited the activity of matrix enzymes in the wetland system,but the activities of urease,dehydrogenase and three phosphatases in system B were higher than those in system A,indicating that the iron-carbon micro-electrolysis coupled constructed wetland system could effectively adapt to the impact of high concentrations of endosulfan.
