艺术管理是一项以管理为基础,以艺术为核心,从管理的一般本质和规律出发,通过科学现代管理的手段,研究艺术活动的特点和规律的综合性管理活动。艺术管理能力和水平的提升是推动我国艺术事业健康、科学、有效发展的重要方式和途径。深入剖析艺术管理的深刻意涵和体系构建,明确各层级管理主体的职责,建构艺术管理的科学体系,探究艺术管理发展的有效途径,是推动艺术管理发展的重要前提。本文试图在艺术管理概念界定纷纭、管理体系尚不完善、管理制度尚未健全的背景之下,对艺术管理的深刻意涵进行深入探讨,并在此基础之上申明艺术管理的体系和维度,阐明艺术管理的目标和功能,从而在总结艺术管理特点的基础之上提出提升我国艺术管理能力和水平的有效举措。

Art management is a comprehensive management activity which is based on management,takes art as the core,starts from the general essence and law of management,and studies the characteristics and laws of artistic activities by means of scientific and modern management. The improvement of art management ability and level is an important way to promote the healthy,scientific and effective development of art cause in our country. It is an important prerequisite to promote the development of art management to deeply analyze the profound meaning and system construction of art management,to clarify the responsibilities of the main body of management at all levels,to construct the scientific system of art management,and to explore the effective ways of the development of art management. Under the background that the concept of art management is different,the management system is not perfect and the management system is not perfect,this paper attempts to discuss the profound meaning of art management,and on this basis,to affirm the system and dimension of art management,to clarify the objectives and functions of art management,and to put forward effective measures to improve the ability and level of art management in our country on the basis of summing up the characteristics of art management.
