摘要 传统失效分析方法断裂计算结果与实际值相差大,无法准确找出汽车传动轴机械断裂失效机理。为解决这一问题,提出基于有限元法的汽车传动轴机械断裂失效分析方法。先运用有限元结构振动方程确定汽车传动轴机械变形量,再确定标定工况失效分析边界条件。完成上述工作后,构建断裂失效分析模型,实现汽车传动轴机械断裂失效分析。由此,完成基于有限元法的汽车传动轴机械断裂失效分析方法的研究。在实验中,选取四种高强度传动轴材料,经过理论计算后,得到最大断裂计算结果,即为实测值。再对φ89规格的轴管进行断裂实验,并将它分成三个试样,取平均值。对比两种失效分析方法断裂计算结果是否接近实测值。实验结果表明,所建失效分析方法符合设计需求。 The traditional failure analysis method has a big difference between the fracture calculation results and the actual values,so it is unable to find out the mechanical fracture failure mechanism of the automobile transmission shaft accurately.In order to solve this problem,a mechanical fracture failure analysis method based on the finite element method is proposed.Firstly,the mechanical deformation of the transmission shaft is determined by the finite element structural vibration equation.Then,the boundary condition of failure analysis is determined.After the above work,the fracture failure analysis model is built to realize the mechanical fracture failure analysis of automobile transmission shaft.Therefore,the research on the mechanical fracture failure analysis method of automobile transmission shaft based on the finite element method is completed.In the experiment,four kinds of high-strength transmission shaft materials are selected.After theoretical calculation,the maximum fracture calculation result is obtained,which is the measured value.Then,the fracture experiment of the standard axle tube is carried out,and it is divided into three samples,and the average value is taken.Whether the fracture calculation results of the two failure analysis methods are close to the measured values is compared.The experimental results show that the failure analysis method meets the design requirements.
