Challenges and Countermeasures for the Development of Technology Market in Guangdong Province: Based on the Data Analysis of Technical Contract Transactions

通过对年度广东省技术合同交易相关数据的比较分析,发现当前广东省技术市场发展呈现体系建设较为健全、发展环境较优越、规模进一步增大、技术交易质量不断提升、深圳和广州在全省技术市场发展的“双引擎”作用突出及技术市场有力促进科技资源优化配置的特点;同时,也存在技术交易结构和区域发展不平衡、活跃度有待提高、供给资源不足、管理服务体系有待完善的问题。基于数据分析和现有问题,文章提出建立高质量的技术市场供给体系、提升技术市场服务水平、规范技术市场管理的对策建议。

Through the comparative analysis of the relevant data on technical contract transactions in Guangdong province in 2018, it is found that the current development of technology market in Guangdong presents a relatively sound system construction, a superior development environment, a further increase in scale, the quality improvement of technology transactions, the outstanding "twin-engine" role of Shenzhen and Guangzhou in the technology market development and the characteristics of the technology market to promote the optimal allocation of scientific and technological resources. At the same time, there are also problems of unbalanced technical transaction structure and regional development, activity pending for improvement, insufficient supply resources, management service system pending for perfection. Based on data analysis and existing problems, the paper puts forward some suggestions like establishing a high-quality technology market supply system, improving the level of technology market service and regulating the management of technology market.
