摘要
本科生导师制移植到中国后,出现了水土不服的困境,主要体现在导师制与学分制目标功能上的交叉重叠以及师生关系的疏远,其根本原因在于本土教育文化的失位。因此,摒弃厚今薄古、厚西薄中的教育理念,在拥抱现代化的同时,亲近中国教育传统,在传统中汲取养分,进而开辟出全新的道路,成为当下本科生导师制改革的应有之义。
After the tutoring system for undergraduates was transplanted to China,the predicament of dissatisfaction appeared,which is mainly reflected in the overlapping of the target function of the tutoring system and the credit system and the alienation of the teacher-student relationship.The root cause is the loss of local education culture.Therefore,we should abandon the educational concept of uemphasis on present and West and neglect on past and ChinaAt the same time,getting close to the Chinese education tradition,absorbing nutrients from the tradition,and then opening up a new path,has become the due meaning of the current undergraduate tutorial reform.
