公费师范生职业生涯规划现状及对策探析 被引量:4

摘要 公费师范生职业生涯规划是师范生在自我评估、环境评估、职业生涯评估的基础上,树立职业生涯发展目标,并为达到目标确定职业生涯规划实施路径的过程。通过调查发现,公费师范生了解师范生政策,拥有良好的教师情意,关注教师职业生涯发展。但职业生涯规划知识缺乏,职业生涯宏观环境意识不足,职业生涯规划能力亟待提高。因此,应从课程设置、政策宣传、目标引领、情意培养等角度提升公费师范生职业生涯规划能力。 Public—funded normal students'career planning is a process for teachers to establish career development goals based on self-assessments,environmental assessments,and career assessments,and to determine the implementation path of career planning for achieving the goals.It is found through investigation that normal students understand the policies,and they have teachers'afiection and concern for teachers'career development.However,they are lack of career planning knowledge,awareness of career macro environment,and the ability of career planning needs to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the career planning ability of public-funded normal students from the perspectives of curriculum setting,policy promotion,goal guidance,and emotional cultivation.
