“互联网+”时代我国外语教师生存危机分析

Analysis of Threatening Existence of Foreign Language Teachers in China in the Epoch of “Internet+”

"互联网+"时代的快速发展,对外语教育产生了巨大冲击。国内有人质疑外语教师的作用,甚至断言外语教师要被机器取代,外语教师的生存状态出现了前所未有的危机。外语教师生存危机产生的原因不仅仅是来自机器带来的挑战这个外因,而且还有外语学科体系设置本身的这个内因。外语教师应以知识、能力、人文三个方面的核心素养的作为发展方向。同时,我国外语学科体系的改革应为外语教师地位的提升提供支持力量。具体说来,应该从外语教师教育、外语教师角色的转变和线上线下教学模式(包括自主学习、全人教育)的进一步进行三方面融合,以期化解外语教师的生存危机。

As the rapid development of "internet+"epoch,the machine in which all kinds of technologies are embodied brings about a huge impact on foreign language education,Hence,some people in China doubt the usefulness of foreign language teachers,and even assert that the foreign language teachers would be replaced by the machine.The existence condition of foreign language teachers in China has been confronted and threatened with unprecedented challenges.The causes of those challenges that affect foreign language teachers are not only from High-tech machine externally,but also from the design of foreign language education program internally.The key competences which foreign language teachers should have,namely,knowledge,skills and humanistic literacy,and also,at the same time,that the force of status promotion of foreign language teachers is expected to give from the reform of foreign language education program design in China.Strategies are used to tackle the present situation comprise the following three aspects specifically,foreign language teacher education,switch of foreign language teacher roles,and further integration of on—line and off-line teaching modes(including learner autonomy,holistic education).
