摘要
轮毂轴承是重卡汽车的重要组成零部件,其动力学性能决定了重卡汽车的安全性。ADAMS是一款机械系统动力学仿真分析软件,也是轮毂轴承设计和优化的主要软件。从轴承设计、分析角度二次开发了1/4车架环境的重卡轮毂轴承动力学仿真软件ADAMS/view,并以重卡轮毂轴承HZF1645BR-2T为例,使用试验机和ADAMS/view进行试验对比,试验证明使用ADAMS/view对重卡轮毂轴承进行优化分析是有效的。
Wheel bearing is an important component of heavy trucks,and its dynamic performance determines the safety of heavy trucks.ADAMS is software for mechanical system dynamics simulation analysis and is the main software for wheel bearing design and optimization.This topic has developed the ADAMS dynamics simulation software from the perspective of bearing design and analysis,and created the ADAMS/view of the heavy-duty hub bearing dynamics simulation software in the 1/4 frame environment.This topic takes the heavy-duty hub bearing HZF1645 BR-2 T as an example,using the test machine and the secondary development simulation analysis software ADAMS/view for test comparison.The test conclusions are consistent.Therefore,the heavy-duty hub bearing dynamics simulation software ADAMS/view can be used to optimize the heavy-duty truck wheel bearings in the 1/4 frame environment.
