Simultaneous determination of seven constituents in Jingushang Spray by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法同时测定筋骨伤喷雾剂(赤胫散、赤芍、淫羊藿等)中芍药苷、鞣花酸、朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷、宝藿苷Ⅰ的含有量。方法该药物水饱和正丁醇提取液的分析采用Agilent C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈⁃0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾⁃甲醇,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温35℃;检测波长230、254、270 nm。结果7种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9995),平均加样回收率93.5%~99.6%,RSD 1.41%~2.86%。结论该方法准确可靠,重复性好,可用于筋骨伤喷雾剂的质量控制。

AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of paeoniflorin,ellagic acid,epimedin A,epimedin B,epimedin C,icariin and baohuosideⅠin Jingushang Spray(Polygonum runcinatum Buch.⁃Ham.ex D.Don var.sinense Hemsl.,Paeoniaeradix Rubra,Epimedii Folium,etc.).METHODS The analysis of water⁃saturated n⁃butanol extract of this drug was performed on a 35℃thermostatic Agilent C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.05 mol/L po⁃tassium dihydrogen phosphate⁃methanol flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 230,254,270 nm.RESULTS Seven constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9995),whose average recoveries were 93.5%-99.6%with the RSDs of 1.41%-2.86%.CONCLUSION This accurate,reliable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Jingushang Spray.
