泡桐花中糖苷类成分及其抗氧化活性 被引量:4

Glycosides from the flowers of Paulownia fortunei and their antioxidant activities

摘要 目的研究泡桐Paulownia fortunei(Seem.)Hemsl.花中糖苷类成分及其抗氧化活性。方法泡桐花50%丙酮提取物正丁醇部位采用大孔吸附树脂、凝胶、ODS、硅胶及半制备柱等进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。用H2O2诱导的NRK⁃52e细胞损伤模型对其进行抗氧化活性检测。结果从中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为apigenin⁃7⁃O⁃neohesperidoside(1)、苯甲醇O⁃(2′⁃O⁃β⁃D⁃吡喃木糖基)⁃β⁃D⁃吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、cistanoside F(3)、isocistanoside F(4)、savasides A(5)、β⁃oxoacteoside(6)、毛蕊花糖苷(7)、3⁃(4′⁃methoxyphenyl)⁃propanol 1⁃O⁃β⁃glucopyranoside(8)、丁香油酚⁃β⁃D⁃吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、苯丙烯醇⁃O⁃β⁃D⁃吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)、benzyl alcohol glucoside(11)、6⁃O⁃caffeoyl⁃D⁃glucopyranoside(12)、syringetin 3⁃O⁃β⁃D⁃glucoside(13)。化合物2~3、6~13对H2O2诱导的NRK⁃52e细胞氧化损伤具有保护作用。结论化合物1~6、8~10、12~13均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物2~3、6~13具有一定的抗氧化作用。 AIM To study the glycosides from the flowers of Paulownia fortunei(Seem.)Hemsl.and their an⁃tioxidant activities.METHODS The n⁃butanol fraction of 50%acetone extract from the flowers of P.fortunei was isolated and purified by macroreticular resin,gel filtration,ODS,silica and semi⁃preparative colum,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Their antioxidant activities were evaluated by H2O2⁃induced NRK⁃52e cell injury model.RESULTS Thirteen compounds were iso⁃lated and identified as apigenin⁃7⁃O⁃neohesperidoside(1),benzyl alcohol O⁃(2′⁃O⁃β⁃D⁃xylopyranosyl)⁃β⁃D⁃glucopyranoside(2),cistanoside F(3),isocistanoside F(4),savasides A(5),β⁃oxoacteoside(6),acteoside(7),3⁃(4′⁃methoxyphenyl)⁃propanol 1⁃O⁃β⁃glucopyranoside(8),eugenylβ⁃D⁃glucopyranoside(9),phenyl⁃propanol⁃O⁃β⁃D⁃glucopyranoside(10),benzyl alcohol glucoside(11),6⁃O⁃caffeoyl⁃D⁃glucopyranoside(12),sy⁃ringetin3⁃O⁃β⁃D⁃glucoside(13).Compounds 2-3,6-13 exhibited protective effects against H2O2⁃induced damage to NRK⁃52e cells.CONCLUSION Compounds 1-6,8-10,12-13 are isolated from this plant for the first time,and compounds 2-3,6-13 have certain antioxidant activities.
