性别对家禽粪便微生物多样性及功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为研究性别对家禽粪便微生物的影响,选择成年鸡、鸭和鹅为试验动物,在相同饲养条件下饲喂相同的饲料28 d后,收取新鲜粪样后检测粪便样品的16S rDNA的V4区,分析群落多样性和丰度,并进行差异菌落功能注释。结果表明,性别对鸡和鸭粪便α微生物多样性有显著或极显著影响(P<0.05或P<0.01),而对鹅粪便微生物多样性没有显著影响;β多样性分析结果表明,饲喂相同的饲料给不同性别的家禽(鸡、鸭、鹅),不同性别的家禽粪便中微生物群落组成和结构有明显区别;不同性别的鸡、鸭和鹅粪便微生物中50、78和247个属的微生物丰度有显著或极显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);大量的差异属微生物的功能聚集在代谢、免疫功能等方面。该研究表明性别对鸡、鸭和鹅粪便中微生物多样性和丰度有显著或极显著影响(P<0.05或P<0.01),进而影响粪便的功能和宿主。 In order to investigate the effects of gender on the fecal microbe in poultry,we selected adult chicken,ducks and geese as experimental animals.In the same environment,those animals were reared with the same diet for 28 days,fresh fecal were collected to detect the V4 region of 16 S rDNA in fecal samples and analyze the community diversity and abundance.And differential colony function annotation was made.The results showed that gender had significant or extremely significant effects on alpha microbial diversity in the feces of chicken and ducks(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but it had no significant effect on the microbial diversity in goose feces.The results of beta diversity analysis showed that there were significant differences in the composition and structure of microbial communities in feces microbe in different genders of chicken,duck or goose with feeding the same feed.There were significant or extremely significant differences of microbial abundance in 50,78 and 247 genera in the feces of chicken,ducks and geese between different genders(P<0.05 or P<0.01).A large number of differences in the microbial function were concentrated in the metabolism,immune function and so on.In conclusion,gender had significant or extremely significant effects(P<0.05 or P<0.01)on microbial diversity and microbial abundance in the feces of chicken,duck and goose,which affected fecal function and host.
