高产黄原胶基因工程菌发酵条件优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用控制变量的方法对高产黄原胶基因工程菌的发酵条件进行优化研究。通过改变发酵相关碳源、氮源、接种量、时间等培养条件进行分析得到发酵的最优条件。经过试验确定,在含有5 g细菌蛋白胨,3 g酵母提取物,20 g甘油,6%蔗糖,加去离子水至1 L,调pH至7.0所配制的培养基下,以接种量为0.5%接种突变菌XccYH1,30℃培养4 d,发酵所得的黄原胶产量最多。 To optimize the fermentation condition of high-yield xanthan gum genetic engineering bacteria by controlling variable methods.Changing the culture conditions such as fermentation-related carbon source,nitrogen source,inoculation amount and culture time to obtain the optimum fermentation conditions.It has been experimentally determined to be inoculated in a medium containing 5 g of bacterial peptone,3 g of yeast extract,20 g of glycerol,6%of glucose,added deionized water to 1 L,and adjusted pH to 7.0.The 0.5%of mutant XccYH1 was cultured at 30℃for 4 days,the yield of xanthan gum obtained by fermentation was the most.
