摘要
针对目前红花采摘的机械化水平低下、主要依靠人工采摘的问题,设计了一种梳夹式红花收获机,采用梳夹式的夹拔原理对红花丝进行采收。结合红花株高的不同,设计了一种可调整采摘高度的装置,并可调节采摘头转速,采摘头转速的调节范围为70~120 r/min,可根据植株生长的高度适时调节高度。通过综合计算,对梳夹式红花收获机液压传功系统的主要元件进行选择,液压元件有液压马达、液压缸、比例电磁换向阀、电磁换向阀、叠加平衡阀、液控单向阀等。通过对液压系统的性能验算和仿真分析可知,该液压传动系统能满足动力要求,验证了理论分析的合理性;通过仿真分析可知,该系统能够满足采摘工作要求,为梳夹式红花收获机提供了新的发展方向。
In view of the current low level of mechanization of safflower picking,mainly relying on the manual picking,a comb-type safflower harvester was designed,and the saffron was harvested by the comb-clamping principle.Combined with the height difference of safflower plants,a device for adjusting the height of picking was designed.The speed of the picking head can be adjusted,and the speed of the picking head can be adjusted from 70 to 120 r/min,and the height can be adjusted according to the height of the plant growth.Through comprehensive calculation,the main components of the hydraulic transmission system of the comb-type safflower harvester were selected.The hydraulic components include hydraulic motor,hydraulic cylinder,proportional electromagnetic reversing valve,electromagnetic reversing valve,superimposed balancing valve and hydraulic control one-way valve.By checking and simulating the performance of the hydraulic system,the hydraulic transmission system satisfied the power requirements and verified the rationality of the theoretical analysis.According to the simulation analysis,the system could meet the requirements of the picking work and it was a comb-clip type,which provided a new development direction for safflower harvester.
