Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Collective Economic Development in Chongqing

阐述了重庆市农村集体经济主要经营内容和存在主要组织模式,在此基础上分析了目前重庆市农村集体经济发展过程中存在的经济发展的组织协调、经济发展的组织载体、项目带头人的激励、人才与劳动力短缺等问题,并针对这些问题,结合重庆市技术情况提出了建议和意见,为下一步重庆市农村集体经济快速发展提供依据,为行业管理者提供参考。

This paper expounded the main management content and the main organization mode of the rural collective economy in Chongqing,and on this basis analyzed the problems including organizational coordination and organizational carrier of the economic development encouragement of project leaders,shortage of talents and labor force,combining with the technical situation of Chongqing,several suggestions were proposed in order to provide the basis for the rapid development of the rural collective economy in Chongqing and provide reference for industry manager.
