皖南烟区新型种植模式研究

Research on New Cropping System in Southern Anhui Tobacco Area

为解决皖南烟区烟稻复种连作方式产生的问题,采取查阅文献资料、问卷调查、调研访谈等方法,选择并验证了烟稻1∶1隔年轮作种植是较好的轮作方式,针对影响烟稻轮作经营规模的生产服务、土地流转、扶持政策等因素分析提出相应配套解决措施,探索应用基于RS、GIS技术的轮作可视化管理和全面检查、次年兑现补贴的激励机制,总结形成"烟稻轮作,规模经营,长期合作,全程管服"的新型种植模式。该研究为改善农田土壤生态环境质量,集约利用土地资源,推进烟叶规模化生产和实施烟稻轮作管理提供理论和实践指导。

In order to solve the problems by tobacco-rice continuous cropping in tobacco growth area of Southern Anhui Province,adopting the methods of consulting the literature,questionnaire survey,investigation and interview,selected and verificated the crop rotation pattern of tobacco-rice 1∶1,which was better rotation.Analysed and put forward the corresponding solution measures for factors influencing operation tobacco-rice rotation such as agricultural productive service,land circulation,support policy.Explored and applicated the rotation visual management based on RS&GIS and incentive mechanism of comprehensive review and cashing subsidy in the next year.Summarized the new cropping systerm consist of tobacco-rice rotation,large-scale operation,long-term cooperation,the entire process management and service.The results could provide theoretical and practical guidance for improving the quality of farmland soil ecological environment,using land resources intensively,promoting large-scale production of tobacco leaves and implementing the management of tobacco-rice rotation.
