苏黄止咳胶囊联合硫酸沙丁胺醇及丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的临床研究

Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with salbutamol sulfate and fluticasone propionate aerosol in treatment of children with cough variant asthma:a clinical study

目的研究苏黄止咳胶囊联合硫酸沙丁胺醇及丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患儿的临床效果。方法选取我院CVA患儿94例,按照随机抽签法分2组,各47例。对照组采取硫酸沙丁胺醇+丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予苏黄止咳胶囊治疗。比较2组治疗效果、治疗前后咳嗽症状评分、哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分、气道炎性因子[外周血嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)计数、血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]水平。结果与对照组总有效率79%(37/47)相比,观察组94%(44/47)较高(P<0.05);治疗4周后,观察组咳嗽症状评分较对照组低,ACT评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组治疗4周后外周血EOS计数、血清IL-17、TNF-α水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论CVA患儿应用苏黄止咳胶囊联合硫酸沙丁胺醇及丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂治疗具有显著疗效,可明显减轻咳嗽、哮喘等临床症状,还可显著缓解气道炎症,值得临床推广。

Objective To determinethe clinical effect of Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with salbutamol sulfate and fluticasone propionate aerosol in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods Ninety-four children with CVA admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into 2groups(n=47 each).The control group was treated with Salbutamol Sulfate+Fluticasone Propionate aerosol,in addition,the studygroup was treated with Suhuang Zhike capsule.The therapeutic effect,cough symptom score before and after treatment,asthma control test(ACT)score,airway inflammatory factor[peripheral blood eosinophil(EOS)]count,and the levels of serum interleukin-17(IL-17)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate in the study group was higher[94%(44/47)vs79%(37/47),P<0.05].At 4 weeks after the treatment,the cough symptom score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,whereas the ACT score was higher(P<0.05).At 4 weeks after the treatment,the peripheral blood EOS count,and serum IL-17 and TNF-αlevels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with salbutamol sulfate and fluticasone propionate aerosol is significantly effective in the treatment of CVA.It may obviously alleviate cough,asthma and other clinical symptoms and relieve airway inflammation,which justifies widespread use in the clinical settings.
