14-3-3θ蛋白在非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌中的表达及与雌激素受体孕激素受体和人类表皮生长因子受体2的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的检测14-3-3θ蛋白在非特殊类型浸润性乳腺癌中的表达情况,研究其与雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)及人类表皮生长因子受体2(Her-2)的相关性。方法应用蛋白质印迹法检测乳腺非特殊类型浸润性癌及对应癌旁组织的表达情况;应用免疫组织化学检测14-3-3θ蛋白在83例非特殊类型浸润性乳腺癌中的表达;应用Pearson相关分析14-3-3θ表达与ER、PR、Her-2的相关性。结果14-3-3θ在非特殊类型浸润性乳腺癌中阳性表达率与癌旁组织相比明显上调(P<0.05);14-3-3θ蛋白与淋巴结转移、TNM分期具有相关性(P<0.05);14-3-3θ蛋白与ER呈负相关,与PR、Her-2无明显相关性。结论14-3-3θ蛋白可能是非特殊类型浸润性乳腺癌预后及治疗的指标之一。 Objective To determine the expression of 14-3-3θprotein in non-specific invasive breast cancer,and to investigate its correlation with estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(Her-2).Methods Western blotting was used to determine the expression of non-specific invasive breast cancer and its adjacent tissues.The expression of 14-3-3θprotein in 83 cases of non-specific invasive breast cancer was examined by immunohistochemistry.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to determine the expression of 14-3-3θprotein,and its correlation with ER,PR and Her-2.Results The positive expression rate of 14-3-3θprotein in non-specific invasive breast cancer was significantly up-regulated compared with that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).14-3-3θprotein was correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05).14-3-3θprotein was negatively correlated with ER,and there was no significant correlation with PR and Her-2.Conclusion 14-3-3θprotein may be one of the indicators for prognosis and treatment of non-specific invasive breast cancer.
