油基岩屑掺合料对混凝土力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究油基岩屑掺合料对混凝土各项力学性能的影响,将油基岩屑替代基准组混凝土中的细集料,对不同替代率(0%,5%,10%,20%,30%,40%)和不同养护时间(7 d,28 d)的油基岩屑掺合料混凝土分别进行了抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度试验。结果表明,油基岩屑掺合料对混凝土的各项力学性能产生了不同程度的影响,混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度随着油基岩屑掺入量增大而减小。随着油基岩屑替代率由0%增大到40%,养护28 d的混凝土抗压强度由32.1 MPa降低至12.6 MPa,抗折强度由4.16 MPa降低至2.18 MPa,劈裂抗拉强度由2.61 MPa降低至1.67 MPa。随着油基岩屑替代率的增加,混凝土拉压比总体呈增大趋势。 The fine aggregate in concrete of the reference group was replaced by oil-based cuttings to study the influence of oil-based cuttings admixture on the mechanical properties of concrete.Standard tests on compressive strength,flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of oil-based cuttings admixture concrete with different replacement rates(0%,5%,10%,20%,30%,40%)and different curing times(7 d,28 d)were carried out respectively.The research shows that the oil-based cuttings admixture has different effects on the mechanical properties of concrete.The compressive strength,flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete decrease with the increase of oil-based cuttings admixture.With the increase of replacement ratio of oil-based cuttings admixture from 0%to 40%,the compressive strength of concrete cured for 28 days decreases from 32.1 MPa to 12.6 MPa,the bending strength decreases from 4.16 MPa to 2.18 MPa,and the splitting tensile strength decreases from 2.61 MPa to 1.67 MPa.With the increase of replacement rate of oil-based cuttings,the overall tension-compression ratio of concrete tends to increase.
