E钙黏蛋白和骨桥蛋白在侵入性胎盘组织中水平的表达和意义

Expressions and Significances of E-cadherin and Osteopontin in Placenta Accreta Tissues

目的探讨E钙黏蛋白和骨桥蛋白在侵入性胎盘组织中水平的表达和意义。方法选取我院2017年4月-2019年4月收治的侵入性胎盘患者48例为观察组,并选取同期正常晚期妊娠妇女41例为对照组;观察组根据侵入深度可分为粘连性胎盘组31例和植入性胎盘组17例。检测4组患者胎盘组织中E钙黏蛋白、骨桥蛋白的表达情况并分析其临床意义。结果观察组骨桥蛋白阳性表达率显著高于对照组,E钙黏蛋白阳性表达率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。粘连性胎盘组骨桥蛋白阳性表达率低于植入性胎盘组,E钙黏蛋白阳性表达率高于植入性胎盘组(P<0.05)。在48例侵入性胎盘组织中,E钙黏蛋白和骨桥蛋白的表达呈负相关(r=-0.569,P<0.05)。结论侵入性胎盘患者胎盘组织中骨桥蛋白阳性率高于正常妊娠者、E钙黏蛋白低于正常妊娠者,两者呈负相关,对侵入性胎盘的发生有极大影响。

Objective To investigate expressions and significances of E-cadherin and osteopontin in placenta accreta tissues.Methods A total of 48 patients with placenta accreta admitted during April 2017 and April 2019 were selected as observation group,and other 41 normal women with late pregnancy at the same period were selected as control group.Observation group was divided into adhesion placenta subgroup(n=31)and implantation placenta subgroup(n=17)according to invasive degree.Expressions of E-cadherin and osteopontin in two groups and two subgroups were detected,and their clinical significances were analyzed.Results In observation group,positive expression rate of osteopontin was significantly higher,while positive expression rate of E-cadherin was significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In placenta conglutination subgroup,positive expression rate of osteopontin was significantly lower,while positive expression rate of E-cadherin was significantly higher than those in placenta implantation subgroup(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between E-cadherin and osteopontin expressions among 48 invasive placental tissues(r=-0.569,P<0.05).Conclusion In placental tissues of patients with placenta accreta,positive rate of osteopontin is significantly higher,while positive rate of E-cadherin is significantly lower than those of patients with normal pregnancy.The negative correlation between osteopontin and E-cadherin has significant effect on pathogenesy of placenta accreta.
