根据心肺运动试验制定有氧运动处方对病人最大摄氧量及代谢当量的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的心肺运动试验(CPET)制定有氧运动处方,观察病人最大摄氧量占预计摄氧量水平的百分比(Vo2MAX/Vo2pred%)、代谢当量(METs)变化情况。方法选取2018年3月—2018年5月北京小汤山医院进行CPET后Vo2MAX/Vo2pred%、METs异常的住院病人40例,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组20例。对照组完成日常活动及低强度运动,观察组根据CPET制定精准的有氧运动处方。两组病人均进行2个月的运动训练,观察两组运动前后Vo2MAX/Vo2pred%、METs变化情况。结果运动前两组Vo2MAX/Vo2pred%、METs比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);运动后观察组Vo2MAX/Vo2pred%、METs均高于运动前及对照组(P<0.05)。结论根据CPET可精确制定有氧运动处方,能明显提高病人自身的摄氧量水平及运动耐力,使心脏康复精准化,增强病人的心肺适能。
