摘要
对不同形态的CLT试件进行了销槽承压试验,针对不同层数、不同主方向、不同销槽直径、销槽是否位于胶缝处、销槽是否垂直于板面以及施荷方向是否垂直于板面,进行了试验及计算分析。结果表明,层数越多,销槽直径越小,抗压强度越大。销槽垂直板面时,主方向顺纹比主方向横纹抗压强度大,且主方向顺纹时,销槽不在胶缝处比在胶缝处的抗压强度大,主方向横纹时,销槽位置不影响抗压强度。销槽平行板面且施荷方向垂直板面时,主方向顺纹比主方向横纹抗压强度小,销槽不在胶缝处比在胶缝处的抗压强度大。
In this paper,different types of CLT specimens are tested for the embedment strength.Tests and analysis are carried out on different layers,different main directions,different fastener diameters,whether the fastener is at the gap,whether the fastener is perpendicular to the plate surface,and whether the direction of application is perpendicular to the plate surface.The results show that the more the number of layers and the smaller the dowel diameter,the greater the compressive strength.When the fastener is perpendicular to the plate surface,the strength of whose main direction is parallel to grain is larger than whose is perpendicular to grain.Meanwhile,when the main direction is parallel to grain,the strength of whose fastener is not at the gap is larger than whose fastener is at the gap.When the main direction is perpendicular to grain,the location of fastener do not influence the compression strength.When the fastener is parallel to the plate surface and the load direction is perpendicular to the plate surface,the strength of whose main direction is parallel to grain is smaller than whose is perpendicular to grain,while the strength of whose fastener is not at the gap is larger than whose fastener is at the gap.
