乌市北京路社区65岁以上老年人体质指数与血压及糖脂代谢的调查研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨乌市北京路社区65岁以上老年人体质指数(BMI)与血压及糖脂代谢的关系。方法选取2017年2月一2018年1月在乌鲁木齐市北京路社区服务中心参加全民健康体检的65岁以上老人1890名体检者为研究对象,根据体质指数分为正常组(728名)、超重组(823名)和肥胖组(339名),收集研究者的性别、年龄、身高、体重、血压、生化指标等资料,比较不同BMI组间各指标异常的情况,分析BMI与血压、血糖、血脂等指标的相关性。结果(1)1890名体检者中超重者823名(43.5%),肥胖者339名(17.9%),BMI正常组、超重组、肥胖组间年龄、性别、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)随着BMI逐渐增高,3组间血压、血糖、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白等异常的检出率均逐渐升高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)体质指数与SBP、DBP、FPG、TG、ALT呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关。结怡该社区老年人超重和肥胖率高达61.4%,体质指数与血压、血糖、血脂密切相关,随着体质指数增加,血压及糖脂代谢紊乱的风险增高。 Objective To study the relationship between the body mass index(BMI)and blood pressure and glycolipid metabolism of the aged over 65 years old in the community of Beijing Road・Methods From February 2017 to January 2018,a total of 1890 physical examinees from the community service center of the Beijing Road Community Service Center in Urumqi were selected as the subjects of the study,and divided into the normal group(728),the super-recombinant(823)and the obesity group(339)according to the body mass index. The data of sex, age, height, body weight, blood pressure and biochemical index ofthe researchers were collected, and the correlation between BMI and blood pressure, blood sugar and bloodfat was analyzed. Results (1) Among the 1 890 physical examination subjects, 823 were overweight (43・5%) and 339 were obese (17.9%)・ Age, sex, systolic blood pressure (SBP) , diastolic blood pressure(DBP), fasting blood glucose ( FPG) , triglyceride ( TG) , high-density lipoprotein ( HD1-C) , aspartateaminotransferase (ALT) were compared among the normal group, the overweight group and the obesegroup (P <0.05);(2) With the gradual increase of BMI, the detection rates of abnormal blood pressure,blood glucose, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein and other abnormalities in the three groups all increasedgradually, which had statistical significance (P <0.05);(3) BMI was positively correlated withSBP, DBP, FPG, TG and ALT, and negatively correlated with HDL-C・ Conclusion The overweight andobesity rate of the elderly in this community is 61.4%. Body mass index is closely related to blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid. With the increase of body mass index, the risk of blood pressure andglycolipid metabolism disorder increases.
