Information Network Security in Public Digital Cultural Service: A Peek in the Perspective of Classified Protection 2.0 at the Safety of “Cultural Cloud”

近年来,全国各省基于全国文化信息资源共享工程、公共电子阅览室建设计划等数字文化惠民工程而逐步开展"文化云"平台建设。在以数字化手段进行大数据统计、方便服务群众的同时,其中可能存在的信息网络安全问题逐步凸显。本文通过对《网络安全等级保护条例》的摘析解读,探讨"等保2.0"背景下的"文化云"信息网络安全面临的问题及其对策。

In recent years, based on several public digital cultural projects, "Culture Cloud" platforms have been built provincially national-wide in China.While big data and other digital methods have been used in serving the masses, the possible problems of information network security would have been occurred one after another.In view of the analysis and interpretation of "Regulations on Classified Protection of Network Security", this paper discusses the problems and countermeasures of "Culture Cloud" information network security in the context of "Classified Protection 2.0".
