Analysis on the Construction Experience of Mine Concentrator Project Participated by Engineering Units

目前国内工程单位参建的工程多为铁路、公路、桥隧等工程,很少参与矿山工程建设,加之当前国内工程单位较多,竞争非常激烈,因此工程单位不应只限于此,应拓宽思路向新的行业迈进,综上所述,本文介绍工程单位矿山选厂滋工管理经验,着重于施工管理方面进行分析,为工程单位在今后施工矿山工程中提供帮助,便于工程单位在日后工程承揽中具有一定优势。

At present,most of the domestic engineering units participate in the construction of railway,highway,bridge and tunnel projects,and rarely participate in the construction of mining projects.In addition,there are many domestic engineering units,and the competition is very fierce.Therefore,the engineering units should not only be limited to this,but also broaden their thinking and advance to a new industry.To sum up,this paper introduces the experience of the engineering units in the construction and management of mine plant selection,focusing on the construction.The analysis of management can provide help for the engineering units in the future construction of mine engineering,which is convenient for the engineering units to have certain advantages in the future project contracting.
