自党的十九大以来,我国经济发展取得历史性成就、发生历史性变革,成为名副其实的经济大国,已步入发展方式转变、经济结构优化、增长动力转换的经济发展新时代,中国企业在面临更大的发展空间的同时也面临更为严峻的考验。儒家思想是东方文化的精髓,是东方文化沿革发展的主线。蕴含着丰富的企业管理思想,从“唯变所适”、“上下一心”、“身正令行”、“道之以德”四方面论述了对现代企业管理中的决策与计划、组织、领导、控制等职能的启发,以期构建中国特色的现代企业管理体系.

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China's economic development has made historic achievements and historic changes,and China has become a veritable economic power China has entered a new era of economic development,such as the transformation of development mode,optimization of economic structure,and transformation of growth momentum.Enterprises face more severe challenges while facing greater development space.Confucianism is the essence of Eastern culture and the main line of the development of Eastern culture.Containing rich enterprise management thoughts,it discusses the decision-making and planning,organizing,leading,control in modem enterprise management from four aspects:"adaptability to change","united as one","being righteous^^and"guiding with morals",with a view to building a modem enterprise management system with Chinese characteristics.
