学生管理视角下的高职院校学风建设研究——以江苏信息职业技术学院为例

A Study of Learning Style Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Student Management——Take Jiangsu Vocational College of Information Technology as an Example

高职院校的学风状况直接影响着人才培养的质量和水平,也关系到职业教育的长远发展,因此,加强学风建设和管理,创建优良学风环境,是每一位教育工作者的重要职责。本文以江苏信息职业技术学院为例,在调查的基础上,阐述了当前高职院校存在第一课堂学习状态不佳、第二课堂活动质量不高、校园文化育人氛围不浓的问题,从社会、学校、家庭以及学生自身四个方面的成因进行了分析,从学生管理的视角,坚持教育引导与严格管理并举,采用多元化培养模式和创新化教学方法,完善学习激励机制和困难帮扶机制和营造浓厚的人文教育氛围四个方面提出对策和建议。

The learning style of higher vocational colleges not only has a direct impact on the quality and level of personnel training,but also relates to the long-term development of vocational education.Therefore,to strengthen the construction and management of learning style,create a good learning environment is an important responsibility of every educatoi\This paper takes Jiangsu vocational College of Information Technology as an example,on the basis of investigation,expounds the problems existing in higher vocational colleges,such as the poor state of learning in the first class,the low quality of activities in the second class and the lack of strong atmosphere for educating people in campus culture.The causes of these problems are analyzed from four aspects of society,school,family and students themselves.From the perspective of student management,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects:persisting in the coexistence of education guidance and strict management,adopting diversified training modes and innovative teaching methods,perfecting the learning incentive mechanism,helping mechanism with difficulties and creating a strong atmosphere of humanistic education.
