中国柽柳专利格局分析

Analysis of Patents Pattern of Tamarix in China

柽柳具有较高的生态价值和经济价值。本文对柽柳专利进行检索,得到497件专利数据集,在此基础上进行了统计分析。结果显示,我国柽柳专利以发明专利为主,年申请量整体上呈先升后降的趋势,在2015年年申请量达到最大,多数柽柳专利处于在审状态,各省市申请量以山东省最高,技术领域主要集中在农林和医学领域。本研究可以帮助科研工作者了解柽柳当前的研究成果和专利格局,把握未来研究方向。

Tamarix has high ecological value and economic value.In this paper,the patents of tamarix before 2019 were retrieved,and totally 497 patent families were obtained.And we formed the patent analysis report of Tamarix based on these patent data.Results show that,the patents of Tamarix are mainly invention patents in China.The annual patent application volume of Tamarix showed a trend of first rising and then decreasing,and the maximum application volume reached in 2015.Most of Tamarix patents are in the state of being examined.Moreover,Shandong province is the highest number of applications in all provinces and municipalities.In addition,the technical fields are mainly concentrated in the fields of agriculture,forestry and medicine.This work will be helpful for researchers in deeply understanding the research achievements of tamarix,and provides the reference data for the future research.
