小切口锁定钢板固定治疗76例肱骨外科颈骨折患者的疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Small Incision Locking Plate Fixation in the Treatment of 76 Cases with Humerus Surgical Neck Fracture

目的:探讨肱骨外科颈骨折采用小切口锁定钢板固定治疗的临床疗效。方法:随机将2015年1月~2018年1月收治的76例肱骨外科颈骨折患者分为两组,A组采用切开复位钢板内固定术治疗,B组采用小切口锁定钢板固定术治疗,比较两组的手术治疗效果。结果:B组的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、术后并发症发生率都明显少于A组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肱骨外科颈骨折患者采取小切口锁定钢板固定治疗,能缩短手术时间与骨折愈合时间,减少术中出血量和术后并发症发生率,有利于患者早日康复。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of small incision locking plate fixation in the treatment of humerus surgical neck fracture.Methods:76cases of humerus surgical neck fracture admitted in a hospital from January 2015to January 2018were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was treated with open reduction and internal fixation,and group B was treated with small incision locking plate fixation,and the effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The operation time,the amount of bleeding,the time of fracture healing and the incidence of postoperative complications in group B were significantly less than that in group A,and there was a significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:T Small incision locking plate fixation for patients with humeral surgical neck fracture can shorten the operation time and fracture healing time,reduce intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications,which is beneficial to the recovery of the patients as soon as possible.
