无托槽隐形矫治结合固定矫治在拔牙病例中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Invisible Correction without Bracket Combined with Fixed Orthodontic Treatment in Extraction of Tooth

目的:探讨无托槽隐形矫治联合固定矫治在拔牙病例中的应用效果。方法:随机将2015年1月~2018年2月收治的88例拔牙患者分为两组,A组采用传统的固定矫治器矫治,B组采用无托槽隐形矫治联合固定矫治技术,比较两组的矫治效果。结果:两组患者的矫治总有效率对比差异不明显(P>0.05);B组矫治满意度明显优于A组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无托槽隐形矫治联合固定矫治技术能够增强拔牙患者的矫治效果,提高患者的矫治满意度,该治疗方案适合在临床上应用。

Objective:To discuss application of invisible correction without bracket combined with fixed orthodontic treatment in extraction of teeth.Methods:88cases of tooth extraction from January 2015to February 2018were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was treated with traditional fixed appliance,and group B was treated with invisible correction without bracket combined with fixed orthopedic technique,and the effect of two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05),and the degree of satisfaction of the group B was significantly better than that of the group A,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Invisible correction without bracket combined with fixed orthodontic treatment can enhance the effect of orthodontic treatment and improve patient satisfaction.Therefore,the treatment plan is suitable for clinical application.
