摘要
目的:探究慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者的药物治疗方案的临床疗效。方法:选取100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用吸入布地奈德和异丙托溴铵联合抗生素治疗,观察组在此基础上静脉滴注盐酸氨溴索,对比两组患者治疗前后各项肺功能指标变化、动脉血气分析指标、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后两组患者各项肺功能指标、各项动脉血气分析指标较治疗前均显著改善,且观察组患者均优于对照组患者;观察组患者和对照组患者的临床总有效率分别为92.00%和78.00%,药品不良反应的发生率分别为12.00%和20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德、异丙托溴铵联合盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者能够显著改善患者肺功能,提高临床疗效,且安全性较好。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of drug therapy for patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:A total of 100patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)were selected as the study subjects.The control group was treated with budesonide and ipratropium bromide,combined with antibiotics.The observation group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.The changes of pulmonary function indexes,arterial blood gas analysis indexes,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,pulmonary function indexes and arterial blood gas analysis indexes in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was superior to the control group;The total clinical effective rate of patients in the observation group and the control group was 92.00%and 78.00%,respectively,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was 12.00%and 20.00%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide and ipratropium bromide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can significantly improve the lung function,improve the clinical efficacy,and have a good safety.
