66例中西医结合治疗亚急性甲状腺炎疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on 66 Cases of Subacute Thyroiditis

目的:探明中西医结合在治疗亚急性甲状腺炎病症中的作用与效果。方法:选取院内2017年4月~2018年4月期间收治的亚急性甲状腺炎患者,根据科学分组的方法划分为对照组观察组,各33例。其中对照组患者采取西医治疗干预的方法进行治疗干预,观察组患者则采取中西医结合治疗的方法进行干预,对比两组患者临床治疗效果以及各项观察项目时间。结果:通过研究对比显示,无论是在临床治疗整体效果还是各项目观察时间方面,观察组都要优于对照组,且差异十分显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:中西医结合在治疗亚急性甲状腺炎方面具有良好的应用效果,可以显著提升患者的治愈率,同时减少复发率,改善生命质量,具有临床推广的价值。

Objective:To explore the role and effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis.Methods:Subacute thyroiditis patients admitted to the hospital from April 2017to April 2018were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to scientific grouping method,with 33cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine intervention.Patients in the observation group were treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment,and the clinical treatment effects and time of each observation project were compared between the two groups.Results:The study comparison showed that the observation group was superior to the control group in terms of overall clinical treatment effect and observation time of each item,and the difference was very significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has a good application effect in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis.It can significantly improve the cure rate of patients,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life,and has the value of clinical promotion.
