中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Infertility Due to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:研究中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:选取2015年8月~2018年8月来某院进行治疗的患有多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的62例患者作为研究对象,随机平均分为观察组和对照组,各31例。对照组应用中药调周法,观察组在中药调周法的基础上适当增加克罗米芬(cc)和绒毛膜促性腺素(hcg)联合治疗的方法,分析观察两组的临床疗效。结果:两组患者在妊娠和排卵的临床效果上差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:在应用中药调周法的基础上适当增加克罗米芬(cc)和绒毛膜促性腺素(hcg)联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症疗效显著,在临床上值得深度推广与应用。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:62patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility who were treated in a hospital from August 2015to August 2018were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups.One group of patients was assigned to the observation group(n=31)and the other group to the control group(n=31).The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine regulation,and the observation group was treated with the combination of clomiphene(cc)and chorionic gonadotropin(hcg)on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine regulation.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed and observed.Results:The clinical effects of pregnancy and ovulation were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:The combination of clomiphene citrate(cc)and chorionic gonadotropin(hcg)in the treatment of infertility in women with polycystic ovary syndrome is effective in the application of traditional Chinese medicine regulation.It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
