小剂量茶碱缓释片联合布地奈德鼻喷剂对COPD稳定期患者肺功能及生活质量的影响

Effects of Low-Dose Theophylline SustaineD-Release Tablets Combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray on Pulmonary Function and Quality of Life in Patients with COPD in Stable Phase

目的:探讨小剂量茶碱缓释片联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗稳定期COPD的临床疗效。方法:随机将2015年4月~2018年6月治疗稳定期COPD的80例患者分为两组,A组采用布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗,B组在A组治疗基础上采用小剂量茶碱缓释片治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:两组患者FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC指标、生活质量评分对比差异不明显(P>0.05),B组患者治疗后上述肺功能指标明显高于A组,生活质量评分明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:稳定期COPD患者采用小剂量茶碱缓释片联合布地奈德鼻喷剂质量,能有效改善患者的肺功能与生活质量,适合在临床上推广。

Objective:To discuss clinical efficacy of low-dose theophylline sustaineD-release tablets combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of COPD in stable phase.Methods:80patients with stable COPD from April 2015to June 2018were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was treated with budesonide nasal spray and group B was treated with low-dose theophylline sustaineD-release tablets on the basis of group A.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and QOL scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pulmonary function indexes in group B were significantly higher than those in group A,and QOL scores were significantly higher than those in group A,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low dose theophylline sustaineD-release tablets combined with budesonide nasal spray can effectively improve the lung function and quality of life of patients with stable COPD,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
