肺癌胸腔镜肺叶切除术后不同药物镇痛效果观察

Analgesic Effect of Different Drugs after Thoracoscopic Lobectomy of Lung Cancer

目的:分析肺癌胸腔镜肺叶切除术后使用不同药物镇痛效果。方法:选择2016年1月~2018年6月某院收治的肺癌患者64例,分为两组,每组32例,均接受单向式胸腔镜肺叶切除术。完成手术后,以PCIA为基础,A组使用帕瑞希布钠,B组使用地佐辛注射液完成镇痛,分析结果。结果:A组术后不良反应发生率明显比B组小,其中腹胀、呕吐以及恶心发生率差异显著,P<0.05;两组术后乏力、头晕发生率无明显差异,P>0.05;两组胃肠功能恢复时间无明显差异,P>0.05;静息情况A组受试者12h、24h、48h以及72h镇痛效果明显比B组好,P<0.05;和B组相比A组各时间段咳嗽镇痛效用明显比B组好,P<0.05。结论:手术后对患者使用帕瑞昔布钠联合PCIA进行镇痛治疗,能取得满意效果。

Objective:To analyze the analgesic effect of different drugs after thoracoscopic lobectomy of lung cancer.Methods:64cases of lung cancer patients admitted to a hospital from January 2016to June 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into 2groups,32cases in each group.All patients underwent one-way thoracoscopic lobectomy.After the operation,on the basis of PCIA,group A was treated with parihib sodium and group B with dizocine injection for analgesia,and the results were analyzed.Results:The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in group A was significantly lower than that in group B,with significant differences in the incidence of abdominal distension,vomiting and nausea(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative fatigue and dizziness between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the recovery time of gastrointestinal function between the two groups,P>0.05.The analgesic effect of group A at 12h,24h,48hand 72hwas significantly better than that of group B(P<0.05).Compared with group B,group A had significantly better cough analgesic effect in each time period than group B,P<0.05.Conclusion:After the operation,the treatment of paracoxib sodium combined with PCIA for analgesia can achieve satisfactory result.
