药物联合心理干预治疗功能性胃肠病疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Drug Combined with Psychological Intervention in the Treatment of Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders

目的:探析对功能性胃肠病采用药物联合心理干预治疗的价值。方法:将某院于2017年3月~2018年3月接收的功能性胃肠病患者中选出64例作为本次研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各32例。对照组采用单纯药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合心理干预,对比治疗效果。结果:从有效率看,观察组的93.75%明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);从患者情绪状态看,治疗后观察组的HAMA评分与SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异同样存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对功能性胃肠病采用药物联合心理干预治疗可提高治疗的有效率,有效缓解患者临床症状,改善患者不良情绪,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective:To explore the value of combined medication and psychological intervention in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders.Methods:64patients with functional gastrointestinal diseases received in a hospital from March 2017to March 2018were selected as the subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method.The observation group and the control group were 32cases respectively.The control group was treated with drug alone,while the observation group was treated with psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.Compared therapeutic effects.Results:From the effective rate,93.75%of the observation group was significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Judging from the emotional state of the patients,HAMA score and SDS score of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medication combined with psychological intervention for functional gastrointestinal diseases can improve the efficiency of treatment,relieving the clinical symptoms and improving the bad mood of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
