正念减压疗法应用于2型糖尿病患者心理护理中的效果观察

Effect of Mindfulness Decompression Therapy in Psychological Nursing of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探析正念减压疗法应用于2型糖尿病患者心理护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年10月~2018年7月在某院接受治疗的56例2型糖尿病患者作为主要研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。对照组与观察组分别实施常规心理、正念减压疗法心理护理,比较干预效果。结果:护理观察组的负面情绪严重评分均明显低于对照组;观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均明显低于对照组,差异显著。结论:对2型糖尿病患者实施正念减压疗法心理护理可改善患者的负面情绪,降低其血糖水平,同时可提高患者的护理满意度,值得进一步推广和应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of mindfulness decompression therapy in psychological nursing of patients with type 2diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 56patients with type 2diabetes who were treated in a hospital from October 2017to July 2018were enrolled as randomized subjects,divided them by random table method,with 28patients in each group.The control group and the observation group were given psychological nursing of routine psychology and mindfulness decompression therapy respectively,and the intervention effect was compared.Results:The negative emotional scores of the nursing observation group were significantly lower than the control group;The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2hblood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was significant.Conclusion:Psychological nursing of type 2diabetes mellitus patients with mindfulness decompression therapy can improve their negative emotions,reduce their blood sugar level,and improve their nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
