摘要
目的:研究提高HIV感染者和艾滋病患者(PHA)综合依从性的有效方法。方法:研究对象为2017年1月~2018年12月期间收治的50例HIV感染者和艾滋病患者(PHA),参考随机法将其分为参照组(常规管理)和实验组(综合教育模式管理),对比参照组和实验组依从性。结果:实验组HAART治疗覆盖率92.00%,参照组为68.00%;实验组死亡率0.00%和随访率96.00%,参照组为8.00%、88.00%。两组比较,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过综合教育模式管理方法可显著提升依从性。
Objective:To study the effective methods on improving the comprehensive compliance of HIVinfected patients and AIDS patients(PHA).Methods:This study included 50HIV-infected patients and AIDS patients(PHA)admitted from January 2017to December 2018.They were divided into control group(conventional management)and experimental group(comprehensive education model management)by reference to randomized method.The compliance of the control group and the experimental group was compared.Results:The HAART treatment coverage was 92.00%in the experimental group and 68.00%in the control group.The mortality rate of the experimental group was 0.00%and the follow-up rate was 96.00%,while that of the control group was 8.00%and 88.00%,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Compliance can be significantly improved through a comprehensive education model management approach.
